Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location, carrier conditions, weather, and seasonal demand.

The estimated total delivery time is 6–11 business days, including processing and shipping.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Shipping Area

Lawnshopy currently ships within the United States.

We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations where carrier service is unavailable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or lost. Lawnshopy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Delayed Orders

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
